4&+ )3 Petitioner herein inter alia seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent-department to absorb/merge his services in the Department of Social, Justice and Empowerment, Haryana in accordance with the decision taken by the competent authority. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pending proposal has already been approved by the Finance Department as well as by the Chief Secretary to the Government of Haryana and by the Law and Legislative Department, Haryana. He further submits that the merger of the services of petitioner with the respondent department has also been approved by Hon'ble the Chief Minister, Haryana. He submits that the services of similarly situated employees working in the Hind Kusht Nivaran Sangh have already been merged into Health Department. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner qua his aforesaid grievance submitted a representation dated 18.10.2018 (Annexure P-11) but the same has not been adverted by the respondents till date. Hence, the instant petition.

On advance service, learned State counsel joins proceedings and opposes issuance of notice of motion and submits that competent authority shall take decision either way, on the pending representation of the petitioner, in due course.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also agrees that let a final decision be taken, by the competent authority on the pending representation dated 18.10.2018 (Annexure P-11).

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner as per representation dated 18.10.2018 (Annexure P-11) and also by keeping in view the contentions raised in the present petition by treating the same as supplementary representation and take a decision, in accordance with law.
