Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent submits that pursuant to directions given by the writ court in CWP No.13915 of 2012, speaking order (Annexure A) has been passed. He further submits that all benefits have been granted. As regards the benefit of ACP scheme, matter has been recommended to the Director, Local Bodies, Punjab. A reminder shall also be sent to ensure that same is granted at the earliest. In view of above, grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Rule is discharged. It is, however, made clear that in case needful is not done within a period of three months from today, fresh cause of action would accrue to the petitioner. Disposed of.
