(Oral) On 22.08.2024, the following order was passed :- "On 16.7.2024, the following order was passed: 'The petitioner, through his learned counsel, is directed to place on record a copy of the affidavit of assets and liabilities filed by the rival parties.

Put up on 22.8.2024.'

Though no cause is made out to grant another opportunity to the petitioner to comply with the order dated 16.7.2024. Yet in the interest of justice, another opportunity is afforded to the petitioner. This shall be subject to ₹25,000/-as costs to be paid to the respondents on or before the next date of hearing. Adjourned to 19.9.2024.
