**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) In the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking mandamus directing the respondents to grant one advance increment upon the upgradation to the post of District Veterinary Inspector and also grant the arrears w.e.f. 01.05.2012.

From the pleadings as well as the documents attached with the present writ petition, it is clear that the petitioner has not filed any representation claiming the above-said relief from the respondents and has directly approached this Court. No mandamus can be issued till a claim has been made by the petitioner from the respondents. Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioner states that she be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the respondents by filing an appropriate representation/legal notice.
