Short reply by way of affidavit of Sudhir Rajpal, Managing Director, HSIIDC has been filed in court. Same is taken on record. Pursuant to order dated January 31, 2017, Mr. Sudhir Rajpal, Managing Director, HSIIDC is present in court. He has referred to the record and apprise the court about the reasons for delay in passing the order. Para 11 of the affidavit filed by him reads as under:- "11. That the deponent always holds this Hon'ble Court in the highest esteem and has the highest respect and regards for orders/directions passed by this Hon'ble High court and cannot even remotely think of disobeying the directions/order passed by this Hon'ble Court. The delay in passing the speaking orders was unintentional. The deponent most humbly tenders his unconditional apology for the inconvenience caused to this Hon'ble court due to filing of the present contempt petition."

COCP No. 1673 of 2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his grievance is redressed. Under the circumstances, this petition is hereby dismissed. Rule is discharged.
