**** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.181 dated 30.09.2017, under Sections 420, 406 and 34 IPC, Police Station Sadar Sirsa, District Sirsa.

The complainant, who is present in person states that she had paid `3.25 lakhs to the petitioner and his mother, out of which, she has received `2 lakhs.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a demand draft bearing No.340558 dated 25.03.2019 of UCO Bank in the name of Sambhavna-complainant and same is handed over to her in Court today, out of which, she is directed to pay `1 lakh to Amit-husband of other complainant namely Sarabjit Kaur, as she is living abroad, against proper receipt. CRM-M-387-2019 --2-- In view of above, order dated 09.01.2019 is made absolute, subject to producing demand draft of `1.25 lakh, to the SHO, within one month, which he would, in turn, hand over the same to the complainants against receipt, failing which, the petitioner shall be taken into custody.
