JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The grievance of the petitioner for grant of 3rd ACP Scale after counting his previous service for the period from 1977 till 2000 with the previous employer-Municipal Committee, Hathin, District Palwal before absorption in the Panchayat Department was directed to be considered by this Court vide order dated 01.7.2014 passed in CWP No.12349 of 2014. Since the needful was not done within the stipulated time of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order, present contempt petition was filed.
Upon notice, a short reply by way of affidavit dated 19.2.2016 of the Director Panchayats Haryana accompanied by order dated 15.10.2015 (R.1) has been filed whereby the 3rd Assured Career Progression Pay scale on completion of 30 years of regular service has been granted w.e.f 01.01.2010. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the
COCP No.1688 of 2015 #2# petitioner submits that the petitioner would be entitled for the aforesaid relief w.e.f 01.01.2007, however, it is conceded that as far as the present contempt petition is concerned, no further action is warranted.
