Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurcharan Singh, has brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation into the FIR is concluded and challan (final report) shall be presented by the police within six weeks from today.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition at this stage.
