(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas as have been raised herein before the Trial Court at appropriate stage.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. It is further observed that in case, the petitioners move any application for exemption from their personal appearance before the Trial Court in case charges are framed, the Trial Court shall consider the same in accordance with law and may exempt their presence except on the dates where their presence is strictly required.
