RSA-376-2022 (O&M) -2have arrived at a compromise dated 11.11.2025 (Annexure A-1). Accordingly, It is submiƩed that present appeal be disposed of in terms of the said compromise dated 11.11.2025 (Annexure A-1). 2.

It is perƟnent to menƟon here that an applicaƟon bearing No.CM-14807-C-2025 has also been filed by applicant-appellant seeking disposal of the main appeal in terms of compromise dated 11.11.2025 (Annexure A-1).

Learned counsel for the respondent-plainƟff does not dispute the above-said facts and submits that he has no objecƟon in case the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise dated 11.11.2025 (Annexure A-1).
