**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 22.04.2016 passed by the writ court.

However, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order has been complied with in letter and spirit. He has referred to affidavit of the respondent-Narambunathan C, General Manager, New India Insurance Company and the stand of the company is that petitioner has been promoted to the post of Senior Assistant and all dues have been paid. Aforesaid contention remains uncontroverted.

Under the circumstances, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby dismissed.

Rule is discharged.
