The grandmother-applicant filed the present contempt alleging that the respondent-Chandigarh Administration has not released the amount of Rs.14,200/- due for the month of February 2017 towards Victim Assistance for her two grandchildren, being maintained by her in compliance of the order dated 25.9.2013, passed by this Court. Upon notice, reply has been filed wherein on affidavit it has been stated that all the dues including for February 2017 were paid. At the time of hearing,counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
