(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the claim of the petitioners has been considered and they have been granted the payscale, which has been given to other Teachers whereas learned counsel for the petitioners submits that juniors to the petitioners are getting higher pay scale.

Since only direction was there to consider the case of the petitioners for grant of pay-scale as admissible to the Teachers, who have been regularly recruited to the post and the same has been granted, nothing survives in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed of accordingly. Nothing has been mentioned in the order as to whether the petitioners are entitled for pay-scale, which has been granted to other similarly situated persons, who are juniors to them.
