(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the claim of the petitioners has been considered and they have been granted the payscale, which has been given to other Teachers whereas learned counsel for the petitioners submits that juniors to the petitioners are getting higher pay scale.

Since only direction was there to consider the case of the petitioners for grant of pay-scale as admissible to the Teachers, who have been regularly recruited to the post and the same has been granted, nothing survives in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed of accordingly. Nothing has been mentioned in the order as to whether the petitioners are entitled for pay-scale, which has been granted to other similarly situated persons, who are juniors to them. COCP No.1700 of 2014 However, in case, the petitioners are still aggrieved in any manner, they are at liberty to move representation to the concerned authority within a period of one month and in case, any such representation is moved, the respondents are directed to pass order on the representation within a period of two months thereafter.
