This petition is filed for the alleged non-compliance of the order passed by the Joint Development Commissioner, IRDP, Punjab, dated 18.11.2015, exercising the powers of Commissioner under the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961.

Counsel for the petitioner has failed to cite law as to how the present petition is maintainable under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the order passed by the Commissioner. Consequently, the present petition is hereby dismissed being not maintainable.
