Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 06.10.2016 passed by this court. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and noticing the grievance as expressed in the petition, we are of the considered view that this petition needs to be disposed of at this stage with a direction to the official respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner as contained in the representation dated 17.06.2015 (Annexure P-5) and take necessary action, if the situation so warrants, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Ordered accordingly."

Learned State counsel submits that representation of the petitioner was considered and an FIR was registered against the private respondents on 22.03.2018. According to it, order passed by writ court has been complied with.
