(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to protect the lives of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No.5 to 7. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Khanna, is directed to look into representation dated 26.12.2018 (Annexure P-3) moved by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Khanna to look into the representation dated 26.12.2018 (Annexure P-3) and do the needful, if required, within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
