(Oral) The present contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of the order dated 15.1.2018, vide which respondent No.3 was directed to pass a speaking order on the representation of the petitioner. Reply by way of affidavit of Rajbachan Singh, PPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, District Faridkot, dated 3.12.2018 filed in Court is taken on record. Copy given to counsel for the petitioner. As per the reply, the matter was enquired into and FIR has since been registered.

In view of the above, no contempt is made out. Dismissed accordingly.
