**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) The present appeal was filed in the month of December, 2021. None appeared on behalf of the appellants on 01.04.2022 despite two pass overs. The case was adjourned to 18.05.2022. Ultimately, the case was taken up on 29.07.2022 and on that day, none appeared on behalf of the appellant. Notice of motion was issued by the Court for 20.12.2022. Notice could not be issued for want of process fee and none appeared on behalf of the appellant on 20.12.2022. The appellants were directed to furnish the process fee and thereafter, notice was to be issued for today.

As per office report, notice could not be issued for want of process fee.

In view of aforesaid position, this Court has no alternative, but to dismiss the present appeal for nonprosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
