Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Petitioner is a retired Headmaster and in the earlier writ petition filed by him bearing CWP 10941/2015 decided on 27.7.2015 (P-1) the respondent State was directed to grant benefit of revision of pay scale w.e.f. 1.1.1996.

Upon notice respondents herein have filed reply stating that in compliance of the directions, pay of the petitioner has been revised in the higher grade of Rs.7500-12000 w.e.f. the appointed date and consequently the arrears of pay etc., have also been released. The admissible benefits are stated to have been released to the petitioner. In view of the above nothing more survives for adjudication. Hence rule is discharged.
