Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondent to regularize the services of the petitioners on the post of Mai in the Child Care Centre.

In the written statement dated 28.04.2004 filed by the respondent, it has been categorically stated that there was no post of Mai in the organisation, therefore, the services of the petitioners could not be regularized, to which there is no rebuttal by filing any replication. However, their salary had been increased from Rs.1250/- to Rs.1800/-. 3.

Disposed of, reserving the liberty to the petitioners to get it revived, in case need arises.
