Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Petitioner is widow of Kimti Lal Bishnoi, who while working as Statistical Assistant was terminated from his service on 10.11.2010 on account of his conviction for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC. Later, the conviction was set aside and her husband acquitted vide judgment dated 26.3.2014 passed by the Appellate Authority. Thereafter, deceased Kimti Lal Bishnoi made a representation dated 1.8.2014 for rejoining his service. However, unfortunately he died on 13.9.2014. Petitioner filed CWP 1252/2015 claiming all the due retiral benefits to the husband/legal heirs. The said writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 24.9.2015 directing the authorities to release the dues within four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.

Since the needful was not done hence present contempt petition. Upon notice, reply has been filed wherein the explanation for delay has been furnished and further submitted that the outstanding dues amounting to a sum of Rs.43,90,817/- have been released/disbursed to the petitioner and nothing is pending.
