(Oral) Counsel appearing for respondent No.3 - Gram Panchayat, has relied upon the demarcation report dated 20.05.2015, to submit that the possession is delivered to the Panchayat and no untoward incident has taken place at that time. Even subsequent to that, there is no allegation that there is any violation of the order passed by this Court. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
