Versus
State of Haryana and others ....Respondents CORAM:- HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE LISA GILL
Present:
Mr. Mazlish Khan, Advocate for the petitioner. Ms. Kirti Singh, DAG, Haryana.
*** LISA GILL, J.
This matter is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing due to the outbreak of pandemic, COVID-19. Present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue working on the post of Extension Lecturer in the subject of Commerce till appointments are made on regular basis and that the petitioner be not replaced or relieved from service due to transfer/deputation of contractual lecturers from other colleges, with a further prayer to grant similar interim relief as granted to the allegedly similarly situated persons in CWP-11574-2020.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to deny that the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner who is still working on the post of Extension Lecturer in the subject to Commerce and has not been disengaged from service.

CWP-256-2022 -2At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is an apprehension that petitioner may be disengaged, therefore, this writ petition has been filed. However, there is nothing on record to reflect or indicate the reason for such apprehension. Petitioner is also unable to point out any move, which is underway for replacing the petitioner by transfer etc. of regularly selected candidates.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as above, present writ petition is clearly premature and is, accordingly, dismissed as such. There is no expression of opinion on the merits of the case. (LISA GILL) January 10, 2022 JUDGE rts Whether speaking/reasoned :
