Mr. Berry seeks to place on record short reply by way of affidavit of Devinder Singh, Sr. Executive Engineer, Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. Kartarpur, District Jalandhar. Same is taken on record. According to State counsel, all payments have been released to the petitioner.

In view of above, it appears that petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
