NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The contempt is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 24.11.2017 vide which a direction was issued to the competent authority to decide the statutory appeal.

Reply was filed by respondent No.3 stating therein that the said appeal has since been decided vide order dated 05.04.2018, placed on record as Annexure R-3/1. The matter should have ended there. But for some reason the representation was sent to the Registrar Cooperative Societies, Punjab by the petitioner.
