Learned State counsel submits that no cause of action survives in this petition as order dated 21.11.2016 has bee passed by Director Secondary Education, Haryana. He further submits that costs has been deposited with the Haryana State Legal Services Authority. Same has been recovered from the salary of the official(s) responsible for delay in complying with the order.

In view of above, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
