**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The case has been taken up for hearing through videoconferencing. Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.37 dated 25.02.2017 registered under Sections 308, 341, 506, 34 IPC, at Police Station Dakha, District Ludhiana.

Notice of motion was issued on 09.01.2020. On 19.02.2020, petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail and he was directed to appear before the Investigating Officer. The reply has been filed by learned State counsel, the same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 19.02.2020, petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.

CRM-M-372-2020 Singh admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case. Even challan has been submitted.

In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 19.02.2020 is made absolute. However, petitioner shall keep on appearing before the trial Court.

Petition stands disposed of.
