Petitioner claims that interim order dated 10.3.2017 passed by a Hon'ble Division bench of this Court in CWP 2855/2017 titled Bhagmal and another v State of Haryana and another, whereby the HUDA authorities were directed to maintain status quo regarding the constructed area out of the acquired area/land of the petitioner be maintained, has been violated as HUDA authorities are time and again threatening to demolish the structure.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

It is apparent that there is no specific overt act whereby the interim directions have been violated.

In view of the above,no ground for interference is made out. Dismissed.
