The writ petition is allowed to this limited extent of cancelling allotment and leaving to respondents 1 and 2 to go for fresh process of allotment in the manner known to law. In such an exercise, 3rd respondent will be disqualified from participation by her once deceitful conduct, even if she agrees to surrender her licence. The petitioner will be competent to participate in the competition for allotment. The writ petition is ordered on the above terms with costs assessed against respondents 1 & 2 and respondent No.3, at Rs. 1 lakh each, in two sets."

Learned counsel appearing for respondent submits that he has handed over a demand draft bearing No.855447 dated 02.05.2017 for a sum Sukhpreet Kaur 2017.06.01 10:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

of Rs. 1 lac to the petitioner today. A copy thereof has been produced. Same is taken on record as Mark 'A'.

In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Dismissed.
