RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to look into the request of the petitioner dated 12.12.2022, Annexure P-2, with a further prayer to direct him to transfer the investigation of the FIR No.66, dated 28.05.2022 under Sections 420, 406 IPC and Section 13 of Punjab Travels Professionals Act, registered at Police Station Sadar, District Gurdaspur to NRI Wing and not to the rank less than SP.
It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already moved a representation dated 12.12.2022 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2, however, no action has been taken. Notice of motion to the respondents.
On the asking of the Court, Mr. P.S.Grewal, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State.
