Mr. NS Shekhawat, Advocate, for the petitioner Ms. Dimple Jain, DAG, Haryana for the State Mr. Rahul Bhargava, Advocate, for the complainant Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Sukhbir Singh, PS City Narnaul though opposed the grant of bail of the petitioner but accepts the fact that the alleged telecast has been made by STV Haryana News Channel in which the petitioner has no role. In the light of the aforesaid and the admitted fact that the petitioner has joined the investigations, thus, necessitates making the interim order absolute. Accordingly, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 10.1.2019 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The petitioner shall abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
