Notice of motion.
On the asking of the court, Mr. Rohit Arya, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the State.
At the outset, learned State counsel submits that needful shall be done at the earliest, in any case, not later than one month. Petition is, thus, disposed of. In case, fresh cause of action accrues to the petitioners to invoke contempt jurisdiction, this court apart from initiating proceedings under the Act, shall impose punitive costs. Same shall be deducted from the salary of the official responsible for the delay/non-compliance.
