Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Rohit Arya, Asst. A.G. Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Petitioners allege violation of order dated 25.10.2017 passed by writ court. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "26 Consequently, this petition is allowed and impugned order, Annexure P-10, is quashed, with a further direction issued to the respondents to treat the petitioner to have voluntary retired from service with effect from 14.12.2010.

His LRs would therefore now be paid all consequential benefits, with interest @ 6% per annum, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

The Registry of this Court is directed to send a copy of this order to the Chief Secretary to the Government of Haryana, with reference to what has been observed in paragraphs 20 to 22 supra." Learned State counsel submits that in case no appeal is pending against the aforesaid order, needful shall be done at the earliest, in any case Ajay Kumar 2018.05.30 18:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document not later than one month.

COCP No. 1783 of 2018 In view of statement made by learned State counsel, petition is disposed of. In case fresh cause of action accrues to the petitioner to invoke contempt jurisdiction of this court, apart from taking action for contempt of court, this court shall consider imposition of punitive costs which shall be deducted from the salary of the officer(s) responsible for delay/noncompliance.
