ANOOP CHITKARA J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to official respondents No.1 to 4 to register an FIR on the statement dated 12.10.2020 (Annexure P-2) given by the petitioner to the local police.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied in case directions may be issued to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra, District Kurukshetra to decide the representation/applications dated 12.11.2020; 08.12.2020 and 09.12.2020 (Annexures P-3, P-5 and P-6) within a time bound manner. The prayer is not opposed.
Given above, the present petition is disposed of by issuing direction to respondent No.-Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra, District Kurukshetra to decide the representation/applications dated 12.11.2020; RITTU 2022.07.12 11:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M No.775 of 2021 -208.12.2020 and 09.12.2020 (Annexures P-3, P-5 and P-6) by passing a speaking order within 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case, the grievance of the petitioner still exists, he shall be at liberty to avail legal remedy in accordance with law including approaching this Court.
