Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 07.06.2016 passed by Division Bench. At the outset, Mr. Sharma submits that petitioner has already submitted a representation in light of said order. He further submits that in case petitioner appears before the Executive Engineer (Enforcement), Chandigarh Housing Board on 22.05.2017 at 11.00 a.m., he shall be granted an opportunity of hearing. A decision shall be taken within a week thereafter by passing a speaking order.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is disposed of. Rule is discharged.
