**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that necessary approval has been granted for creation of a post of a Labourer to accommodate the petitioner in light of order passed by the writ court. He submits that needful shall be done. Petition is, thus, disposed of. The concerned authority shall take necessary action expeditiously, in any case, not later than six weeks. In case, fresh cause of action accrues to the petitioner to invoke the contempt jurisdiction of this court, apart from proceedings under the Act, it shall consider to impose punitive costs which shall be deducted from the salary of the officers responsible for the delay/non-compliance.
