Notice of motion.

On the asking of the court, Mr. Rohit Arya, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the State. He submits that the order passed by the writ court shall be complied with at the earliest and a speaking order shall be passed within a period of one month. In view of the above, present petition is disposed of. In case, fresh cause of action accrues to the petitioner to invoke contempt jurisdiction, this court apart from initiating proceedings under the Act, shall impose punitive costs. Same shall be deducted from the salary of the official responsible for the delay/non-compliance.
