**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 189 dated 31.8.2019 under Sections 308/148/149 IPC registered at Police Station City Sangrur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been in custody since 22.11.2019 whereas the FIR was registered on 31.8.2019. He further submits that as per the FIR, no injury has been attributed to the petitioner and it is only in the supplementary statement recorded on the next day, the name of the petitioner was mentioned. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Amrik Singh, submits that the injured is not in a state of giving statement till date. He further submits that challan has been presented and the charges are yet to be framed.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed. The petitioner is granted regular bail subject to further investigation/statement, if any, given by the main injured. The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
