Petitioner has preferred this petition alleging violation of order passed under order 39 rule 1 & 2 CPC. It is inexplicable why petitioner has invoked the contempt jurisdiction of this court when effective remedy is provided under the Code. Reference to section 10 of the Act in the order passed by Additional District Judge, Ludhiana is also misconceived. In view of above, petition is without any merit and is hereby dismissed.
