Reply by way of affidavit of Sandeep Khirwar, Commissioner of Police, Gurugram has been filed in court. Learned State counsel has referred to para 6 thereof. According to him, all the retiral dues as admissible have been paid to the petitioner. Order passed by writ court has, thus, been complied with.
