The instant petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.504 dated 09.09.2020 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 120-B, 323, 34, 376(2)(n), 450 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Azad Nagar Hisar, District Hisar on the basis of compromise dated 01.01.2021 (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties alongwith all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

After persisting for sometime, counsel for the petitioner has sought withdrawal of the petition. Permitted to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn.
