Learned State counsel submits that order passed in Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been complied with. An FIR was registered and investigation carried out. Thereafter, cancellation report was submitted before the competent authority. Admittedly, petitioner has already filed a protest petition therein.

In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Dismissed.
