(ORAL) Both the contempt petitions are filed for non-compliance of the orders dated 07.02.2017 and 25.04.2017, respectively vide which a direction was issued to consider case of the petitioners for regularisation of their services from the date the services of their juniors were regularised. Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record the affidavit of Dr.Rajesh Vats, HFS, Divisional Forest Officer, Sonepat placing on record the orders dated 11.01.2019 vide which services of the petitioners have been regularised from the date their juniors were MEENU 2019.01.17 11:10 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh regularised.

COCP-1814-2017 (O&M) -2In view of the same, the contempt petitions are dismissed. The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged. There is no doubt that the benefits that accrued from such regularisation has also to be paid. This Court has no doubt that the same shall also be done as expeditiously as possible and preferably within two months from today.
