RAJESH BINDAL, J The grievance of the petitioner is that the order dated 9.10.2013 passed by this Court was not complied with, wherein direction was issued to decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-9) annexed with the writ petition.

The claim was qua release of balance amount of gratuity. It is not in dispute that the respondent had released balance amount of gratuity. No interest was paid, as there was no claim made by the petitioner for payment of interest in the representation (Annexure P-9). Considering the fact that the order passed by this Court has been substantially complied with, I do not find any reason to keep the present petition pending any more.
