(Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 03.03.2015 passed in CWP No.3828 of 2015, vide which with reference to the letter dated 07.09.2012 issued by the Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Haryana, Forest Department, was directed to maintain mustroll.

Counsel for the State, on the basis of the affidavits of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Haryana, as well as the Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Haryana, Forests and Wildlife Department, submit that the said administrative letter dated 07.09.2012 already stands withdrawn.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
