Grievance of the petitioner is that despite a decision given by the trial court injuncting the respondent from interference in his possession, consistent efforts are being made to dispossess him. He further submits that police is demanding bribe for stopping this violation. In my considered view, no case for interference in contempt jurisdiction is made out. Alternative remedies are available to the petitioner. As regards demand of bribe by police officials, petitioner shall be at liberty to make a representation to Director Vigilance Bureau which would be looked into. Disposed of.
