Admittedly, pursuant to order passed by writ court, a speaking order, Annexure R-1 has been passed. Grouse of the petitioner is that before passing a speaking order, opportunity of hearing was not granted to him. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that in case petitioner appears before respondent no. 2 within two weeks from today, he shall be afforded an opportunity of hearing and a fresh order shall be passed. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, petition is hereby disposed of. Rule is discharged.
