(ORAL) Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.16 dated 28.01.2022 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station, Sector-26, U.T. Chandigarh. Status report by way of affidavit of Niyati Mittal DSP, EOW Chandigarh on behalf of respondent has been filed today in the Court, the same is taken on record.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jagpal Singh submits that in compliance of order dated 09.01.2024, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 09.01.2024 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
