JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) By filing the present contempt petition, the petitioner, who had married one Shallu against the will of her parents, has alleged wilful disobedience of order dated 10.3.2016 passed in CRM-M-8583 of 2016 by this Court directing respondent No.2-SSP, Bathinda to look his grievance unfolded in the representation dated 08.3.2016.

From the perusal of paper book, it transpires that on 27.1.2017, none had put in appearance for the petitioner and the hearing was deferred to 27.2.2017. Thereafter, even on 27.2.2017, 07.4.2017 and 21.4.2017, nobody caused appearance for the petitioner.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
