CHANDIGARH CWP-223-2024 Date of Decision: 08.01.2024 Santosh Kumari . . . . Petitioner Vs.
State of Punjab and others . . . . Respondents **** CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ****
Present:
Mr. S.S. Sahu, Advocate, for the petitioner.
**** SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA, J.(Oral)
1. The petitioner challenges the selection of respondent No.4 on the post of Anganwadi helper. Since the post falls under a scheme and as per the scheme provisions, appeal would lie against the orders to the Collector, then to the Commissioner, and then to the Secretary, this Court would not interfere at this stage and grants liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Collector concerned.
2. If such an appeal is preferred, the same shall be decided after giving notice to the other side within four months. If still aggrieved, the petitioner would be always free to file further appeal as above.
3. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
